Units-4, S.L.U. is a company that develops its activity in the construction sector, in the areas of building, urbanization, rehabilitation of existing buildings and all kind of services related and for all kind of clients, from the Public Administration to industry, commerce, educational centres, hostelry, real estate developers and privates.

Units-4, S.L.U., wants to be a referent in its sector, offering to our clients all our experience and a personalised service.

Units-4, S.L.U., Has defined a series of actuation protocols to ensure the protection of the environment in the developing of its activities related to its sector.

In politics of quality and environment, the aim of Units-4, S.L.U. is to maintain a Managing system based on the Norms UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE EN-ISO 14001 in force, which, by one side promotes the existing quality culture, and on the other, aware of the incidence of our activity about the environment, acquire the commitment to make continuous actions in order to obtain an improvement of our behaviour to prevent contamination, and how to foresee possible environmental impacts of its activity ant how to act in order to minimize them.

The strategic actions to reach this aim are:

• Maintain and accomplish a managing system based on the Norms UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE EN-ISO 14001 in force, that facilitate the optimization of resources and works, continuous improvement of the service, and how to introduce the necessary improvements, with the purpose to protect in an effective manner the people, the installations and the environment, helping in the prevention and minimization of the contamination and its possible consequences.
• Form all the personnel to encourage their initiative, participation and motivation, essential aspects for the success and development of the company.
• Compliance of all the legal requirements, applicable regulations to the construction activity and all the requirements that the Company subscribe.
• Ensure that in every work centre, all the legal requirements applicable for the protection and improvement of the environment are fulfilled.
• Increase the competitiveness in the market through the continuous improvement of the quality and environmental managing.
• Ensure the mandatory compliance of the directives set in the Managing System and lead our effort in continuous improvement, in a way that every member of the company would be a promoter of improvements and opportunities for the Organization.
• Encourage the rational use of the energetic resources and raw materials, and prevent sustainability of the activities made.

The values of Units-4, S.L.U. are to give a satisfactory response to the needs of our clients and employees through a model of efficient managing, obtaining the maximum performance of the invested capital and assuring a continuous growth.

The commitment of the Managing Direction is:

• Increase the continuous improvement of the Quality and Environmental Managing System, in all actuations, from implantation of the Managing System based on the Norms UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE EN-ISO 14001 in force.
• To diffuse this Quality and Environmental politics in an efficient way, periodically check it for its constant adequacy and establish necessary resources to accomplish the requirements defined in the Managing System.
• Accomplish the aims established in Quality and Environment.
• To promote continuous development of the potential of all the members of the company, which is a mainstay for development of this company.
• To communicate that the Manual of Quality and Environment Managing is the document where the philosophy and directives of the Managing System are compiled, which will be developed through the diverse procedures referred in the manual.
